CINC Homeowner and Board App 2.0.6

The CINC Homeowner and Board App provide a convenient mobile interface for engaging with your community association. Users can conveniently make payments, review account details, and access community information all from a single location.

For users with an existing login to their association website, access to the app is seamless using the same email address and password. New users can simply register by submitting their information, awaiting approval, setting a password via an email link, and then logging in.

In case of a forgotten password, the app offers a quick reset process by entering the email address for a password reset link. Homeowners are offered various functionalities like switching between multiple properties, accessing documents, directories, photos, contact info, payment of assessments, adding comments or pictures to violations, submitting ACC requests with attachments, logging work orders with status checks, and more.

Moreover, Board Members gain access to additional features like managing tasks, ACC reviews, board documents, violations review, and invoice approvals.
